On Second Day of State Level Philately Exhibition in Haryana "HARPEX 2017" a Special Cover on "Postal & RMS Cooperative Bank has been released by Col Sukhdev Raj CPMG Haryana.
Letter Writing Competition was also organised. More than 100 School Children have participated in the Letter Writing Competition.
Special Philately Workshop was also organised for the awareness about the Philately. Philately Kits were also distributed during the workshop and participants were told how to start the philately as a Hobby. Philatelic events were also told to the participants.
Peoples are attending "HARPEX 2017" and we are being successful in promotion the Philately.
